Nottingham Photo Social - Weekly Tales & Story Telling - 26th June 6:00pm

At this months free photo social we have a talk from Weekly Tales.

Weekly Tales is a platform dedicated to documenting the nuances of people and place, with a focus on the overlooked and/or underappreciated. It is their aim to amplify voices via storytelling, to revive our collective knowledge of forgotten local history, community spaces and important social movements.

The guys from Weekly Tales will be around to support the group during the social too!

As always, the social is totally free and all types of photographer are welcome. We don't care if you're using your phone, a film camera or a DSLR. What we encourage at the social is for attendees to support one another and share work in a kind and approachable environment.

We only have three rules....

1) If you would like to show work we ask that you bring prints to show, no screens!
2) We ask that participants support one another in a kind and constructive way. We recognise that harsh critique is sometimes useful but at the social we want to support people in a gentle and positive way.
3) No gear talk... we want to focus on the pictures you make, not the equipment you use!
