In this free talk, art curator/historian, Ashley Gallant discusses the role of surveillance and photography.
Thinking through photographs: photography is inherently associated with the act of looking. Being looked at and looked upon. This talk discusses the role of surveillance and photography and how theorists and photographers have grappled with technologies of control and what happens when surveillance technology becomes invisible.
